After our chat, I was so inspired that I decided to journal through the six questions I shared in last week’s blog post about how entrepreneurs prioritize their tasks. And wow — what a difference. Writing my answers helped me see what’s really working (and what’s not).
With the holidays and Black Friday rush around the
corner, I know many of us are juggling a lot. That’s actually the perfect time to use journaling as a tool — to slow down, refocus, and realign with your goals. Here are the six prompts I used:
- How do you prioritize your week for success?
- What does your to-do list look like each week?
- What does your daily structure look like?
- How do you handle distractions and interruptions?
- What are the warning signs that you’re approaching
overwhelm?
- How do you balance business and personal life?
If you’ve never journaled before, this might be a fun and easy way to start. Sometimes, writing things down helps you see what’s holding you back — and what’s actually moving you forward.
