What does that mean? For me, it’s about keeping my business pipeline full — and my network alive and growing — as I head into my 2026 goals. The idea is simple: intentionally connect with 100 people between now and the end of the year. Here’s what my 100 Connections Challenge looks like: I’ll reach out
to:
- 10 Current Clients
- 10 Past Clients or Customers
- 10 People I’ve Networked With
- 10 Friends
- 10 Friends of Friends
- 10 Networking Friends
- 10 Entrepreneurs I’ve interviewed
- 10 Mastermind Friends
- 20 People from Groups I’m In
That’s 100 people — 100 potential conversations — that could spark ideas, collaborations, or opportunities.
How I’ll Do It: Each week, I’ll set a goal of 5 meaningful conversations. I’m keeping my outreach messages short and personal. For example:
To a past client: Hi [Name], hope you’re doing well! I always think of you around this time of year when we worked together. I saw your recent post/newsletter and would love to catch up with a quick 15-minute Zoom to hear what’s new in
your world?
To someone new in a group: Hi [Name], I see we’re both part of [group name] and I’ve noticed your posts — I’d love to connect and see how we might support each other. Would you be open to a quick 15-minute chat?
In my interview with Caterina Rando, she shared something that stuck with me:
“I consciously curate my client community.” Caterina intentionally connects with women entrepreneurs who are positive, purpose-driven, and generous. Her “circle back” system is all about meaningful follow-up and staying connected. It’s such a powerful reminder that connection is a skill — and a habit — we can all practice. If you want to expand your reach, don't miss this
conversation.
