Cooking for one should be simple, right? I’m always looking for easy recipes that freeze well. Here are a few go-to favorites:
- Lentil Soup with sliced cabbage (adds a nice thickness)
- Mini quiches with potato crusts
- Banana bread—finally

- And of course, a cozy latte paired with a “Hob Nob”
In the Garden
My garden is looking paliki! That was one of my husband’s favorite Hawaiian words, meaning everything looks neat and just right. The patio pots are thriving in the summer warmth—especially the agapanthus and my resilient roses.
