Be Grateful! It’s Thanksgiving Week!

Aloha Friends,

I have spent the week diving into watching movies, reading books and listening to podcasts as I’m recovering from a short little surgery. (I watched the whole 2nd season of The Empress.) I’m grateful to have time to scroll through Instagram without feeling guilty because I’m supposed to rest. I found this recipe for apple cake from Stanley Tucci, and I hope to try it as soon. I thought I’d share it with you.
