Aloha Friends,

It feels so good to be back on the track listening to my latest audio book and enjoying the fresh morning air. I’m doing my first mile and working my way up to 3 and 4 miles again. You’ll see my whole reel on walking with Jack Johnson on Instagram this week, but here’s the best view of all - the majestic Mauna Kea! As we say in Hawaii, we are “Lucky come Hawaii!”

A Growth Plan for you!

We are all looking for ways to grow our business. You have to have a clear vision of “what” you want and “how” you want to grow which helps you set the “right” goals and get the “right” results in growing your business. However, it can be a little daunting and stressful in setting goals and that’s why many people fail to do it.

This week I want you to take a moment to revisit the “structure” of setting a goal which is outlined in my 90-day Goals Playbook, and how a 12-week plan serves you and empowers you to grow your business.

“Structure” means different things for different people.

For those of you who are results oriented you will ENJOY this structure to achieving your goals.
For those of you who are enthusiastic about growing your business, you will LOVE this approach to achieving your goals.
For those of you who patient and like a slow approach, you will EMBRACE this step by step method to achieving your goals.
For those of you who love accuracy, you will double-down your FOCUS in achieving your goals.

I wonder which won of the above resonates with you.

When you adhere to the “STRUCTURE” approach, you identify what needs to be done but you also cultivate the discipline needed to execute these actions consistently in the way that works for you.

When you Incorporate a “STRUCTURE” approach to goal-setting in your business strategy, it is a catalyst for transformative growth!
