New Year commitments…

Big welcome to all the new subscribers, I'm excited you're here and to learn more about you and how my systems and routines can help you achieve your goals.

Yesterday, when I came home from physio, I initially hesitated to send my weekly newsletter as I was exhausted. One week out from hip surgery and it’s going pretty well but it requires dedication and commitment – there’s no room for mere interest, procrastination or delaying tasks until tomorrow or later. You have to be committed to do the exercises, follow the medication schedule and focus on re-learning how to walk.

Here’s what I posted on Instagram this week.

BEING COMMITTED TO YOUR NEW YEAR GOALS IS VERY POWERFUL

This post-surgery routine got me thinking about New Year goals. We often set new year goals, but frequently struggle to stay committed, facing this new year goal appears to be a significant hurdle. Maintaining focus becomes challenging, and before we know it, March arrives, and our goals seem distant.
