I'm writing this newsletter on Halloween! I live in the subdivision that’s open to the whole town. They stop all cars coming in at 5pm and whole place is full of crowds of parents and kids. So, I’m armed with bowls and bowls and bowls of candy. My grandsons will be here with their friends and I’m making fajitas and pizzas are arriving. A spooooky event! I LOVE the little ones dressed as angels, butterflies and lions most of all.

I was looking through my Instagram this week and it looks like my theme is definitely roses, coffee, tea, gardening and productivity! What’s your Instagram theme?

People tell me I’m an advanced techie for my age (haha). I think it’s because I’m a life-long learner. I’m always looking to discover new ways to help my coaching clients be successful and that’s what drives me.

For some reason, I’ve been resisting using any of the new AI tools. I’ve been writing newsletters, blogs, speeches, and training materials for years. I have a lot of knowledge stored in my head. I’m old and I think I know it all!

However, recently I took a course on “creating online courses” (yep, I’m always open to learn new tricks) and I was introduced to the concept of “chatgpt!”

What is “chatgpt?”

It is an AI-powered natural language processing tool that helps users like you and me engage in “human-like” conversations with the assistance of a chatbot. Chatgpt will answer your questions and help with tasks such as drafting emails, blogs, etc.

Those who hadn’t heard of it said they are ready to try it. I went straight to chatgpt and asked the question: "How do you use chatgpt?" Here’s what it said…

Currently Chatgpt is free and available to the public. There is also a paid version.

I’ve been using it to help me with my blog posts. Yes, I know what to write, but having extra data on the subject helps me get these blogs done so much quicker.

Here's my latest Blog Post where I used chatgpt to find the right title! I just punched in my title and asked chatgpt for a few different titles, and this is the one I liked the best because it helps you understand how time blocking makes a difference in your busy life.
