You’ll find each newsletter kicks off with a glimpse into my life. Whether it’s relaying a recent trip to Australia (I grew up in the outback), sharing my favorite recipes, or sharing my experience living in Hawaii. I also make it a point to highlight a positive story because I believe in the significance of spreading positivity world-wide!

Have you ever made a Pavlova? It looks so simple, but for me, it’s all about having patience adding the sugar to the egg whites and making sure you leave it in the oven one hour after turning it off. I made one for our New Year’s Day dinner this year and it was a smash hit with my family. Here’s what I posted on Instagram this week.

Are you ready to improve your mind in 2024?

A great habit to create is “Read 10 pages a day!” That’s my habit for 2024. My goal is to read my 10 pages in the morning so my mind is ready to receive the inspiration I need for the day. (It’s the first habit I’m keeping track of in my 2024 Planner in January.) Here’s my line up… Have you read any of these?

January 10 – I’m out for hip surgery… so you may not see me online that day. (TODAY actually...)
January 15 – I have a new mini-course offering on “HOW TO CREATE A JAW DROPPING, CLIENT GETTING MESSAGE.” This is a system I’ve been coaching for years to help my clients build deep and meaningful relationships. It all begins being confident when you introduce yourself.
In February: I've got some incredible videos lined up and I'm bringing a whole new energy on working from home, so if you don't want to miss out on this juiciness make sure you’re subscribed.
