My daily tasks are geared towards working on these 3 priorities. This ensures that even if the day takes unexpected turns, these are the most important tasks to cross off my list and this provides me with a sense of achievement and motivates me to keep pushing forward.

#2 Strategy: My Morning Ritual: I love to start my day with exercise as it sets a positive tone and primes both my body and my mind with the day’s tasks
ahead. These days, my primary exercise is riding my stationary bike and practicing some Chi Gong moves. This morning ritual invigorates me and enhances my overall well-being and helps me approach the day with a clear mind and a positive attitude.

#3 Strategy: Acknowledge what I accomplish: From my experience, there are always things I wish I’d gotten to but just didn’t happen. That’s okay! But there’s something deeply satisfying when I do check things off my to-do list. It’s progress! And I know I’m moving forward. Acknowledging and celebrating small wins
during a hectic day reinforces the belief that I can handle whatever challenges come my way.

#4 Strategy: Evening Reflections:
As my day winds down I find writing in MY DAILY JOURNAL allows me to focus on the positive aspects of the day. It reinforces keeping a mindset of gratitude and helps me unwind and shift my focus from what’s left on the to-do list to what I’ve successfully completed.
