#1 Do you plan
your week on a Sunday? This type of planning gives you structure. As you know my planning ritual happens every SUNDAY and honestly, once I plug that into my calendar and hit it every week, I notice things don’t fall through the cracks. If I don’t make time for this on Sunday, I find I miss things and have to juggle appointments when I see
myself double-booked. Of course I have a checklist to follow and I know you’ll love it to.
Get the Sunday planning checklist here.
#2 How many Hours a day do you work? That’s the beauty of being a solopreneur, you get to work those “flex” hours around your busy family and life. We love not having that mandatory 9-5 schedule. However, I find there must be some kind of schedule to follow and that’s why I work on a TIME
BLOCKING schedule every week. It’s part of my Sunday Checklist.
Check out my video on TIME BLOCKING HERE.
#3 How do you meal plan for the family? I’m in awe of having a resource like you tube to watch ways to plan weekly meals for your family.
When you meal plan each week, you save so much brain time figuring out what to eat for dinner every night.

#4 Do you feel alone working from home? How do you handle this?
Three words - networking, networking, networking. Build strong connections.!

#5 Are you goal oriented or do you run by the seat of your pants? This is a very important question. I’ve always
loved to create goals in my business and see the results and rewards when I hit the targets. If you want to know how I do it, even today, download my 90-day Goals playbook.

#6 How do you stay focused? I wish there was a magic potion for the answer to this
question. All I know is I keep my focus with my WEEKLY to-do list in my ONE NOTEBOOK JOURNAL. When things get chaotic like a million tabs open on my laptop, I just go back to my weekly to-do list to find the focus I need for the next project or action. And here’s a big one! I re-write my weekly to do list every Sunday
during my planning session.

This week’s positive story! Are you a museum goer? I’ve been in many and plan to visit more. This story caught my attention about the most remote museum in the world. I hope you like it. I’m planning on visiting museums in Sydney and Canberra on my upcoming trip. I’ll keep
you posted.
