I’m thrilled to announce that my custom-designed DAILY JOURNAL is finally here!   

The reason I love to write in my DAILY JOURNAL is because it helps me get clarity with my life and my business. 

A journal can play many roles in your life.  It can be 

• A vehicle of self-expression,
• A tool to find your focus
• It can be a powerful source of comfort during challenging times.
• A reminder of all the good (and bad) choices you make in your life.

I’ve been working on this project for a few months and it all came together this week.  I’m keeping with my theme of having a lovely Hawaiian flower on THE DAILY JOURNAL cover which is the beautiful hibiscus!   It is Hawaii’s state flower and is an iconic flower that is synonymous with our island life.

I Journal “on purpose” every day using my own 5-minute journal routine!

Here’s how I do it…

• I find 15 minutes at the end of the day to write down my thoughts.
• I review my goals to see what I need to do to accomplish tasks.
• I write about 3 awesome things that happened during the day.
• I write about decisions I made, and 
• Finish up with a short gratitude statement.
• All this takes only 15 minutes and so far in 2023 I haven’t missed one day!

I’ve been using blank notebooks to write in my DAILY JOURNAL but wanted something a little more sophisticated.  So, I designed THE DAILY JOURNAL with space to start your week (on Sunday, of course) and write some notes then every day add the “day and date” and write in the place provided for my 5-minute routine.   

When I look back and reflect on my journal, I’ll have written words that enhance my life with gratitude statements and help me find the joy in every day.
