Get Comfortable being Uncomfortable

I’ve been receiving some lovely handwritten notes in the mail lately and it feels so good, I’ve decided to make this a new habit of mine, so keep your eyes open one may be headed your way. As you wade through your mail and throw most of it in the trash these days, receiving a lovely handwritten note from a dear friend makes you feel special and warm inside. How COMFORTABLE are you being UNCOMFORTABLE?

Can you think of a time when you had real growth in your business? More than likely, you probably had to step out of your comfort zone for that to happen.

Getting uncomfortable and doing it anyway can have great rewards. Maybe you’ll be uncomfortable at first, but as you move through taking the action, your comfort level and confidence grows.

Here are 10 ways to think about what you need to do to be a little uncomfortable so you can grow your business.

Is it time to start a new relationship that could lead to new opportunities?
Is it time to “go live” consistently on Facebook or Instagram?
Is it time to reach out and get in front of a larger audience that might mean joining a group or doing a live workshop?
Is it time to start a blog or You Tube Channel and share them across social media platforms and see growth in engagement?
Is it time to join a Networking group and meet a whole new group of people who will want to become new customers?
Is it time to focus in on having a consistent follow-up system you’ve wanted to do for a long time but it feels uncomfortable to begin?
Is it time to start a healthy eating regimen like I did in my latest YOU TUBE VIDEO.
Is it time to invest in that course you’ve wanted to forever, and strengthen your skills?
Is it time to stretch yourself and work more hours in your business to make it profitable?
Is it time to spend money on coaching so you have a mentor to help you feel more comfortable in growing your business?

Being uncomfortable is what sets those apart from those who succeed to those who talk about what they should have done or could have done.
