Aloha Friends,

I’m keeping to my exercise regimen. Walking, Biking (stationery), physical therapy and water aerobics. There is something about being weightless in the water that makes everything feel so good. I’m getting ready for my trip down under which is coming up soon. My latest story is on INSTAGRAM this week.

Want systems but don't have time to create them?

As you know I’m a systems person and many times I hear from clients who say, I know I need systems in my business, but I don’t have time to create them.

When I hear the words I DON'T HAVE TIME, I think about that phrase…

SLOW DOWN TO SPEED UP

Have you heard this phrase? What is says, is it’s time to move at a steady pace rather than operating at top speed.

Slowing down to speed up leaves you open to get really clear with what you need in your business.

Slowing down to speed up helps you set the “right” goals at the “right” time to expand your business.

Slowing down to speed up helps you make better decisions, connect more with people and most of all avoid burnout.

I hope you’re paying attention to this concept. Take some time to ponder what you truly want in your business, and think how to use this concept to slow down to speed up, and trust that things will unfold as they should.
