Get ready to go to your Goal

Aloha Friends,

I lost Monday this week because of a huge winter storm. It was like a mini-typhoon which I’d experienced living in Guam years ago when high wind, pelting rain, thunder and lightning all come together at once! My rose garden got flooded and the banana tree broke in half, but everything else seems to be okay. And as this storm swept over our island it dumped tons and tons of snow on our mountain. Step 1: Write down your goal. Be precise and describe it in detail. What it will look like, feel like and the date you expect to achieve it. Write about how you’ll get there. Will it be a goal to stretch, or a breakthrough goal?

Step 2. List reasons why your goal is important. How will you feel? What outcome will you see?

Step 3. State what you’re willing to give in return for your goal. Achieving a goal may require you to yield in other areas of your life.

Step 4. Make a list of 10 actions you’ll do every week to achieve your goal. And how you’ll keep your goals in front of you.

Step 5. How will you celebrate small accomplishments along the way, and when you complete the goal?

This simple process is very effective. I had many clients who grew their business using this method.
