It’s been a very busy week and today I’m teaching my peeps how to create a vision board on Canva.   Did you know Canva is an Australian company?   What brilliant minds come out of Australia. Haha.   But, truly, they are a very successful company.  The best feature I love on Canva right now is the BACKGROUND remover. Here’s one of my latest background removed photos.  I post a lot of these on Instagram.

 WHY PEOPLE DON’T SET GOALS?

I like to ask this question on many of my coaching calls.  There are so many people who don’t set goals in their business for all kinds of reasons.

People say – 

• I don’t set goals because they are too scary.
• I don’t set goals because I never achieve them

Or…

• I set goals and don’t follow through
• I set goals in my head and don’t write them down.
• I set goals and never look at them again.

When I asked this question in my Business Vision Workshop yesterday the answers were similar.

• Goals are scary and I like to win and not fail.
• I set goals and over think them.
• I need to do better at writing them down.

Did you know that only 1% of people actually set goals, write them down AND review them often?
