#3 Solve their Gift-Giving problems. Share a personal Gift Giving guide for your customers. Show them the “perfect” gift
for the “right” person. Offer alternatives and suggestions. One of my clients is offering a specific gift giving strategy workshop sharing the gift of giving and the gift of receiving tying in her products so the gift is received with love.
#4 Surprise your Customers. Customers love to be surprised and this is an incredibly powerful tool to shape your customer experience. Offer them a “special” discount or free shipping, but also an handwritten note or
extra small gift makes all the difference.
#5 Share your Gratitude on Social Media. Share your gratitude for your customers in your VIP group and other platforms where you’re present. Sharing your gratitude lets people know more about you and who you are and your individual experiences that set you apart from others.
