Are you 100% IN in your Business?

Aloha Friends,

This week’s focus has been on the home and garden and creating new online courses. PLUS, I’m happy to be out on my morning walk again. Yes, I’m back to my morning routine which I share a lot on my Instagram feed. I believe routines are important to help you feel happy, healthy, organized and productive every day.

Listening to a podcast this week, someone asked the question

“Are you 100% In in your business?” and it made me think about when I made my decision to go to the top of my company. It wasn’t an immediate decision. It took me a while to figure out that this was possible for me, and I could actually do this.

However, I know that there were three most important factors that took me to the top.

#1 The first was having an abundant mindset. How many times do you let those limiting beliefs get in the way of your goals? I did a lot of work to keep a positive mindset. One book that helped me build an abundant mindset was a book called "The 11th Element" By Robert Scheinfeld. After doing the exercise on your inner CEO in this book, I felt more equipped and ready to lead a team of women who wanted to grow a strong business.

#2 I had Total focus on the next level. I knew exactly what I had to do to get to the top of the Comp plan. I knew that Comp plan like the back of my hand and focused on the stats I had to meet to qualify for each level. This was a key factor in building the most Team Leaders in the company.

#3 I had the BEST accountability partner… my coach! I credit my coach Jan for keeping me on track. Keeping me focused and accountable to my goals. She taught me how to work with people using the DISC method and this had a huge impact on building strong relationships with my team.

So, are you 100% IN YOUR BUSINESS TODAY?
