75 Reasons why people join your Team.

Aloha Friends,

After 3 weeks of house guests, I’m ready for some down time. My downtime is usually with a few good books and movies and catching up with friends for coffee. How do you spend your downtime? This is my latest read I posted on Instagram. (Follow me)

This week I watched one of my coaching clients build her confidence in sharing her opportunity. She is with Tupperware and she has built an amazing team of over 400 people.

She was challenged to go live on Facebook and share reasons why people should look at Tupperware as a great business opportunity. I was so proud of her! In her first video she showed a list she’d written down with 75 REASONS why Tupperware is a great company to join.

Could you do that?

Could you come up with 75 reasons why someone should join your team?

The challenge is REALLY all about BUILDING CONFIDENCE in doing LIVE VIDEO’s and she’s leading the pack showing them how to be genuine and real in sharing her business opportunity.

She did an UNBOXING of one of her very popular products to show people the quality and how this product helped busy moms prepare lunches for their kids.

In her second video she shared the FIVE people she would LOVE to work with. So she's putting it out there so people will think about it. These are recruiting seeds. Here’s how she talked about it.

I’d love to work with someone who is looking for a different challenge and want to work from home.
I’d love to work with someone who wants a fun job.
I’d love to work with someone who has worked with me before. Now, might be the time.
I’d love to work with someone who need some extra income so they feel safe.
I’d love to work with people who live in Canada.

She’s gone LIVE on her Facebook Page and also in her VIP Customer group and on Instagram.

She is a FANTASTIC role model of a leader who leads by example and takes up a challenge to build her OWN confidence in using LIVE VIDEO as well as helping her team build their confidence.
