It was a sad week to see our Queen pass. What a symbol of service she modeled for us. Two days before she died, she met with the new British Prime Minister, Liz Truss. This is a duty she performs every time a new Prime Minister is elected. (You will learn more about this if you watch the TV series, “The Crown.” ) Have you watched it? I shared this photo on my Instagram account this week about the queen. True to her duty until the very end. I so admire her.

This is one of those important months where having CONSISTENT BOOKINGS on your calendar makes the difference between having a successful fall season or not.

At the beginning of every season, I recommend you book 10 HOSTESSES!

You may be thinking yeah, yeah…., and I hear you saying

I don’t have time, or
that sounds impossible for me, or
I'm not really doing parties anymore...

But I want you t to think about it. What would 10 Hostesses look like on your calendar?

- Would it look like 5 Facebook Hostesses + 5 In-home Hostesses?
- Would it look like 4 Facebook Hostesses + 3 In-home Hostesses + 3 Zoom Hostesses.?
- Would it look like 5 Online Hostesses + 2 Fundraiser Hostesses + 3 Workshop Hostesses?

I want you to think about the RESULTS you would have if you booked 10 Hostesses. With 10 Hostesses, you are meeting new customers, you are introducing people to a special shopping experience and you're in front of over 100 people to discover who is ready to start a small home-based business.

I know when I booked 10 Hostesses ESPECIALLY at the beginning of the fall season, I had the highest sales and the highest recruiting happen for the whole year.

THE QUESTION IS HOW DO YOU GET 10 HOSTESSES BOOKED?

Well, I have made you a BOOKING CHECKLIST!

I developed this BOOKING CHECKLIST for my team and I know from experience this is how I helped my team have a high selling and recruiting fall business.

Now, you DO have to be prepared to WORK at getting bookings using this checklist. It’s not just taking one action on the list and then don’t get results. So you give up. This list is full of actions that work, but you have to keep going until you achieve your goal of 10 hostesses.

For example,

Action #2 is to connect with guests from parties who bought and never booked. If you take the time to go through the parties you held over the past 6 months and make a list of those people, you’ll find it’s a very LONG LIST. These are people who had a great experience and “bought” your products and have probably bought more over time. You’ve developed a relationship with them so when you offer them a chance to be one of your FIRST 10 Hostesses for the season with all the goodies they will receive, they will love to get on your calendar.

Action #5 is to convert a private appointment to a booking. If you’ve met someone who would be a great hostess but she hasn’t tried your products, it’s worth the time to invite her to have a private one-on-one with you to introduce her to the products. When she wants to place her first order, offer her the opportunity to BOOK and get that first order with her Hostess credits.

Action # 10 Prep 10 Hostess Packets ready to send. There is nothing more motivating than having 10 hostess packets sitting in your office. Or perhaps, you’ve prepared 10 VIRTUAL packets waiting to message online. The point is, this is your REMINDER, to prompt you to keep reaching out and connecting until you get 10 parties booked.
