"I'm looking for an opportunity that is $100.00 or under to join. One where the person I partner with/ join under will be a leader/mentor and not just a butt kisser until I join. I don't want a monthly auto-ship required to make money. I don't mind recruiting, but I don't want to have to build a team in-order to make
money. Thank you!
PS. I will not be joining right away. I will be taking a few days or so to research the companies you offer to me. - Thank you"
HOW WOULD YOU respond to this post? For me, I know this person doesn’t fit my IDEAL RECRUIT PROFILE because I know EXACTLY who she is! In my Journey to Leadership Coaching program, you do an EXERCISE to learn how to know your IDEAL RECRUIT..
I believe Like attracts like.
When growing my million-dollar team, it seemed every new team member who joined was a “perfect fit.” We all loved fashion. We all became great friends and loved to help one another. We all wanted to make an income with our business and we loved to support each other’s success.
It’s what made our team a powerful force and it was this amazing force that attracted the type of recruits we were seeking.
When seeking new team members, I would ask myself these questions …
- Is this person fun, and does she have a positive attitude?
- Is she someone who is a team player and would be supportive of others?
- Will she do the action that’s needed to succeed?
If I couldn’t find an answer to these questions, I wouldn’t recruit her. However, she would still be a great hostess, or a loyal customer or even a good friend.
BE OPEN TO THOSE WHO ARE SEEKING YOU!
There are people you meet every week who are seeking an opportunity or way to earn income and be part of a great team that enjoys camaraderie, fun and make money too.
