Aloha Friends,

I went to Maui and came home with COVID. I thought COVID was going to pass me by. Until it GOT ME! And it really GOT ME! I’ve been out for 10 days. It’s funny, (but it’s not funny) I hadn’t been sick for so long, I’d forgotten how to be sick. I think I had a full-on case of it. But there is always light at the end of the tunnel and I’m happy to say I’m grateful to be alive.

Maui was packed with people but we stayed upcountry in an amazing retreat. Although I felt the Covid pull me down before I left, I will go back to this beautiful place.

Now, let’s talk about the BENEFITS of slowing down in life. And I promise not to mention the “C” word again.

I read a lot. I’m reading Tony Robbins new book called “Life Force.” How new breakthroughs in precision medicine can transform the quality of your life. It’s quite amazing the breakthroughs in medicine we are going to see in the future.

I Learned how to download Video on Canva. I’ve been wanting to learn this for a while & my go- to graphics subscription has provided me with lovely templates. Check my latest video on Instagram here.

I caught up on over a 1000 emails. Is your email inbox empty every day, every week? There are just too many emails to read so I usually set aside time to catch up. This was the perfect 10 days to catch up.

And of course, I watched movies. My favorite channel these days is SUNDANCE. It has a lot of British shows.
