Building a Team is easy when you do this…

Aloha Friends,

I’m packing for a weekend on Maui. What to take? What NOT to take? My God, I haven’t traveled in so long, I don’t know how to pack and to think I used to teach people how to travel for two weeks with a 10-piece wardrobe! I am blessed to have traveled many places around the world. I traveled as a young woman from Australia to Europe. That’s when I met my husband and ended up living in Hawaii (That’s another travel story.)

When I joined Direct Sales, I traveled to amazing places with my company. My first trip was to Costa Rica and then it didn’t stop. I won trips to Barbados, Fiji, Vienna, Salzburg, Prague, Tahiti, London, Ireland, Bangkok, Cancun, Canada and more.

All because I “decided” I wanted to build a team helping others be successful.

Once I made that decision, I created my system for duplication. After studying and learning team building tactics, I focused on THREE STRATEGIES.

THE DUPLICATION FORMULA THAT BUILDS A STRONG TEAM OF BIZ BUILDERS

Here's the 3-step formula.

#1 STRATEGY. Have a very strong “personal” business. This meant having consistent bookings with consistent $1000 parties. Winning all company and team incentives. Hit weekly targets. Master skills like Hostess Coaching, Online selling, Customer follow up and having a strong new lead generation system.

#2 STRATEGY. Grow a strong “personal” team. My goal was to have the highest # personal recruits in the company. Again, I had to master the skills of recruiting. All I did was follow the formula my company offered and focus on sharing my opportunity every week. I love to tell my coaching clients “She who shares her opportunity the most wins!” I know this works!

#3 STRATEGY. Grow Strong Team Leaders. This strategy is what made us a WINNING team and took, us to the top of the company. We had the most TEAM LEADERS in the company. This is where you must make the decision to put your energy into helping others more than ever.

In my next email (next week) I’ll share the GOLDEN NUGGET that made this strategy be the most successful I had ever tried.

Just THREE strategies doing what you love to do.

Serving customers and hostesses to have high sales and a strong personal business.
Serving prospects who are ready to jump on board and join your team.
Serving team members who want to rise to the leadership level.

This is not brain surgery! But you DO have to have a positive mindset and be willing to show up in your business consistently. That’s what makes it easy to build a team!
