I call the months of summer the critical JJA MONTHS. They are critical because if your business slides in summer, you’ll have a hard time getting it back in the fall.

Summer is when schedules change. Routines change. Kids are out of school. We plan our days differently over summer.
Now that Covid is fading, we will be taking advantage of getting out of the house and being with people. This is the SECRET to having a successful summer business this year.

- Schedule many recruiting conversations. The key to building a team over summer is to discover who is looking for an opportunity. Hold weekly recruiting conversations with prospects and set a goal to have 10 new team members by September 1.
- Plan Your Summer Social Media content – Don’t let summer slip by because you’re too busy to post. Schedule posts and most of all be consistent every week especially in your VIP Customer group. You’ll learn my social media content strategy in the Journey to Leadership
