My daughter loves to feed me with inspired videos when I decide to do something different. My meal plan routine is usually meals I will eat on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, etc… but now I’m cooking for one things are a little bit different and
when I watched a meal plan video showing me how to prep food for different quinoa bowls, I completely changed my meal plan routine. Now I prep different foods like sweet potato toast, herbed chicken, roasted veggies ahead so when it’s dinner, I eat what I FEEL like eating and I’m loving my new routine.
