February Love tips and Cherry Blossom Sky Reels.

My daughter texted me at 6am. “Want to walk down Cherry Blossom lane this morning?” Every February in Waimea where I live, the Cherry trees blossom! We used to have a Cherry blossom festival, but covid has nixed that. So, I joined my daughter on Cherry Blossom lane and it was a glorious walk. Walking along, I said to her, “This would make a great reel on Instagram.” She said, “What’s a reel?” I explained how reels are one of the best ways to get more followers on Instagram. I’m not a huge fan of reels, I get very tired of people dancing and changing clothes, but I love watching reels of beautiful alps in Switzerland, or how to make a beautiful Italian dinner. I guess I’m into nature and healthy living.

Have you read any of the Willa Cather books? She’s an American classic writer. Her famous book is “My Antonia.” It’s a beautiful love story. She writes about immigrants settling in the mid-west and her descriptions of the prairie are exquisite.

Miracles really do occur when you love what you do! I LOVE being part of an industry that rewards people for helping others. Think about what you LOVE to “do” in your business. When you LOVE what you do, you open the possibility for opportunity.

There are so many things to LOVE about your direct sales business! Here are my top LOVE activities I recommend you “do” this month.

LOVE rewarding your top sales and recruiting on your team meeting. It was my February team meeting where I recognized my top seller who set her sights to sell $100,000 in one year and achieved her goal. It was my pleasure to reward her with our top team incentive gift.
LOVE offering a special “Valentine” gift to your hostesses this month. Offer it in your VIP Facebook group. Post information how to “LOVE” using your products.
LOVE “Valentine” Recruiting Packets. Spruce up your recruiting packets with a big red bow wrapped with a “Godiva” chocolate and a beautiful red rose with a hand written invitation inviting your prospect to join you for a coffee chat conversation. There is a specific rule to the number of conversations you have to recruiting team members.
LOVE helping your new recruits blossom in the first 30-60-90 days of their business. Help them have successful launch parties and get a full calendar to receive the fast start rewards.

SEND LOVE BOMB MESSAGES to customers and team members and let them know how much you appreciate them.

Write down these LOVE activities and check them off your list as you do them. These actions will help you hit your goals and grow your business this month!
