I watch these women walk across the stage. Their name is called, their walk is strong and they have the biggest smile on their face. They are presented with their beautiful jewelry along with a big hug from our President,
CEO, and she shares special words of congratulations as she looks them in the eye with true appreciation.
However, something else happens when these women walk across that stage.
They change! They walk taller! They are happy and you can see their confidence level rise to the top. As they get to the opposite side of the stage, I am there to present them with a lei from Hawaii and of course another big congratulatory hug. Each year I had ten to 12 women on my team achieve this award.
- We began with the GOAL to sell $16,000 plus and recruit 3 plus people by writing these goals down in our PLANNER.
- We mapped out a PLAN that it would take 16 parties at $1000 or 32 parties at $500 to reach that goal, and to share the opportunity with 25 prospects.
- We met once a week to be accountable to each other to insure we were TAKING ACTION.
And we tracked everything using our PLANNERS
We set monthly goals, weekly goals and daily actions.
We scheduled EVERYTHING in our planners.
