The rain came down in buckets today and I thought it was going to last all night long.  I cleared my desk to work on my special project.  At 5pm I looked up and the sky had cleared and left us a beautiful sunset.  So, I ran outside to snap a pic behind the front hedge. 

One of the best 10-Step Action plans I created to expand my team was a recruiting campaign.  I noticed my team having high sales, but our recruiting was very low.  So, I created a 10-Step action plan to recruit over 10 weeks.  

Here’s how it went… 

Week 1: I offered incentives for every $1000 party sales. 

Week 2: I trained them how to identify prospects for the business. 

Week 3: I gave them scripts to make offers. 

Week 4: I showed them how to invite prospects to opportunity event. 

Week 5: We role played coffee chat conversations. 

Week 6: We created a journal to follow up with prospects. 

Week 7: I shared with them the numbers in following up with prospects. 

Week 8: I trained my 5-step system to welcome New Team members. (over 65 joined.) 

Week 9: We worked on inviting new team members  into Team culture. 

Week 10: We tracked all new team members to hit First 90 days and Next 90 days.
