Let’s Finish Strong in 2021!

I want to thank you for a wonderful year together. It has been an honor and a privilege to be a part of your business growth this year.

I hope the workshops, blogs, videos, coaching conversations and texting messages helped you grow not only your business but yourself over the past 12 months.

I’m so impressed by how many people open this newsletter every week. That tells me you’re someone who truly wants to make a difference in serving others and it’s serving that brings us the greatest rewards in our Direct Sales business.

This week I recommend you pay attention to FINISHING STRONG to end your year on a high! Here are my recommendations to finish strong!

THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT! Focus on getting your calendar filled in January with ten “Toast to the New Year” parties. Offer a special gift for each of your hostesses. Believe me when you start the year with these 10 bookings, you’ll find you’ll have consistent bookings every month. We are focused on this campaign in the Direct Sales Planner Hub this week.

A great little competition to offer your team this week is to give an incentive to the person who holds the LAST party of 2021 with a hostess of course, and similarly, give a gift for the person who holds the FIRST party of 2022. You’ll find the team having fun with this to see who wins. This is our focus this week in the Journey to Leadership Group Coaching program.

Recruiting in December isn’t over til midnight December 31st. Follow up with prospects who were thinking about joining before the end of the year for tax reasons.

Send you LAST customer newsletter for the year. Wish your customers a HAPPY NEW YEAR and thank for their business over the year! Simply thank them don’t offer any sales yet!

Create a Hostess of the Month Club for 2022. This is one of the most successful strategies in having consistent bookings every month. Watch my Youtube video on setting this up.

Start planning your January Team Meeting. Take a look at my Team Meeting Bundle online course with meeting templates to start your New Year with an exciting meeting that everyone wants to attend.

Alert your customers to January Company specials. Your company has shared these with you now! Post about them on social media, email and create a texting campaign to get ready for January savings.

Follow up with your January Hostesses to make sure they are confirmed. Let each one know you have a waiting list for those who may want to cancel.

Create goal sheets for team members. Schedule goal setting sessions. Schedule a goal setting session with your upline or schedule one with me here.

Share your vision with your team! Where do you want to go in 2022? Show them the way.
